Body & Soul - Dance Blast + Strength Training
Please join us for 30 minutes of fitness dances such as cumbia, jive, swing, hip hop and more.... PLUS strength training to top off the hour. The last 15 minutes of class will be used for fellowshipping and praying for each other. There are no skills required - just enthusiasm for movement & inspirational music! All ages are encouraged!
