As the Director of Hospitality Damon’s heart is to serve the church and God’s people by daily pursuing the Lord, creating an atmosphere conducive to prayer and worship and developing prayerful leaders. Damon grew up as member of New Life Church, having attended for over 25 years. He joined the New Life staff in 1998 and spent over 10 years working in the World Prayer Center caring for the facilities and leading/supporting prayer events. During his tenure with New Life, Damon has married his wife, Amanda, has begun raising five young men of God (Donavon, Tyler, Joshua, Caleb and Nathanael.) He earned his degree in Organizational Management, Emphasizing in Christian Leadership along with a Biblical Studies Certificate from Colorado Christian University.
