After nearly 25 years with an aerospace company, Brad left his Top Secret clearance behind to respond to the Lord’s call upon his life.  He joined Every Home for Christ as Vice President of Operations in 1989 and retired in 2005 to work with On Target Ministries.   Serving New Life Church as an Elder for 13 years, his duties moved him into the position of Chairman of the Elder Team.  Following that, he served as a Trustee for NLC.  Brad’s position as Secretary Treasurer allowed him to serve as NLC’s CEO during a year of transition between pastors.

Currently, Brad serves on the board of On Target Ministries, and over the years Brad and Ann have enjoyed counseling married and pre-married couples.  While living in California, Pastor Jack Hayford commissioned Brad and Ann along with 40 others to be part of a church plant, during which time he served as an Elder.

With a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, Brad’s giftings make way for allowing people to rise to their highest and best potential in work, group and team settings.

Brad and Ann have been married 47 years and have 6 children, including spouses, all of whom love and serve the Lord and have given them 10 grand children growing up in Christ.  Their greatest joy is hanging out with their kids, camping, and ATVing.
