David Hardesty served on the Board of Trustees, New Life Church, from 1987 to 1991 and returned back to Colorado Springs after retirement from Sears Roebuck and Company in 2003 where he was asked again to serve on the Board of Trustees.

David was employed by Sears Roebuck and Company from 1966 until 2003 where he served in several Management positions, including Store General Manager, Medford, Oregon.  District Business Manager over 22 stores in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana.  National Operations Manager, Appliance - Electronic Division, Sears Home Office, Chicago, IL.   Adjunct Faculty, Sears University, Seattle, WA.

David retired from Sears Roebuck & Co. in 2003 to assume the position of General Manager/Chief Operating Office Andrew Wommack Ministry Inc. Colorado Springs, CO. where he continues to serve.

David and his wife Gayle have been married for 44 years.  They have two adult children and three grandchildren.
