Stefanie Parkinson
Children's Base12 Director
Stefanie serves as the Director of Base 12 (1st and 2nd grade) and BaseJoy (elementary special needs). She received her bachelor's degree in speech pathology at Harding University and earned her masters in Communication Disorders at Arkansas State University. Stefanie provided speech therapy to children of all ages for 6 years before becoming a mom to two beautiful daughters Lauren and Emma.
She and her family came to New Life in 2006. She joined the children's ministry team in 2008 as a Base 12 Coordinator. Stefanie is passionate for children to know that they are deeply loved by God, to know their identity in Christ and that they have a special purpose in God’s kingdom. She loves to encourage and equip others to walk in the fullness of their callings. Stefanie and her husband Jeff love spending time at the beach, cheering for their favorite SEC football teams, cooking, and drinking homemade hot chocolate on cold Colorado nights.
